First-Floor Kitchen Addition with Primary Suite Renovation

The kitchen is the heart of the home! At every gathering it’s the kitchen, where everyone ends up. My clients, a young family of 4, love to host and have experienced this over and over. Eventually they decided for a 1st floor addition that would be just big enough for a kitchen with a decent island and breakfast nook. During our initial interview they shared that their primary bathroom needed a face-lift. Besides being outdated, it was also very small- especially when considered in proportion to the square footage of the house. They were very excited, when I told them that their suite had ample space and a reconfiguration would create a primary suite with a functional dressing room and a bathroom with a sense of light & luxury.
